The program is designed to help (SMEs) grow and develop. It was divided into two phase. Phase 1 – Diagnostic of 13 companies Phase 2 – Group and Individual Technical Assistance. . Three companies were selected to carry out comprehensive analyses and compile the finding in “competitiveness Improvement Plan”. One of the implementations of the individual technical assistance has been completed the other two are ongoing. |
