Implementing and facilitating courses, workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote entrepreneurial mentality and provide managerial skills by:

1. Collaborating with Belize Institute of Management (BIM), University of Belize (UB) and other agencies to design, draft, and execute trainings based on needs of the business community.
2. Providing specific trainings with the aid of IICA to those that export and those that plan to export.

Trainings sessions include:
1. Strengthening SME Capabilities
2. Strengthening Export Capabilities
3. Post Trade Mission Evaluation
4. Effective Trade Fair Participation

3. Networking local MSMEs by linking their collective capabilities to opportunities both domestic and international – such as production orders, improved industry know-how, and marketing.

4. And by providing guidance to entrepreneurs in developing their business plans or in technical proposal writing to seek funding and/or technical assistance from development agencies.
