The SME Unit is ready to serve you.
Some services offered by the unit include:
• Facilitation of training courses, workshops, seminars and conferences to promote the entrepreneurial mentality and to provide MSMEs with the skills necessary to manage their business
• Assistance in the design and development of business plan, marketing plan, labels, basic accounting system and other documents or system necessary for business operations
• Facilitation of networking and cluster initiatives among MSMEs so they can benefit from market and business opportunities
• Outreach presentations to schools covering various topics such as priority sectors, importance of niche marketing, importance of business planning
• Provision of brochures and templates for use by MSMEs. Brochures on the following topics are available: Quality Management, Costing and pricing, product branding, Business Plan and procedures for establishing a business in Belize
• Assistance in researching information for MSMEs
• Promotion of product in coordination with other units
